    1. Promotional event ‘Joking Aside’ is held from April 1 to April 31, 2011.

2. Gift Certificates will be issued within the framework of the promotional event from April 1 to April 31, 2011 upon purchase of the first pair of shoes produced by JV Belkelme, CJSC.

3. Bearers of Gift Certificates can qualify for a discount upon purchase of the second pair of shoes produced by JV Belkelme, CJSC, from May 1 to July 31, 2011.

4. One certificate can be used to make only 1 purchase.

5. Money will not be given out in exchange of the certificate.

6. When receiving a discount from the certificate other discounts are not applied.

7. A discount from the certificate is nonrecurrent and is not summarized.

8. The Gift Certificate is not applied in respect of products that cost less than the notional value of the Gift Certificate and items on sale.

9. For one-time purchases of 2 and more pairs of shoes a Gift Certificate is issued for each pair of shoes bought.

10. If the certificate is not used within the period of its validity, it becomes invalid.

11. The certificate is withdrawn upon purchase.

12. The given certificate can be passed to a third person.

13. A discount from the certificate is not granted after the end of the event.

14. When returning shoes bought with a discount, the buyer must submit a check confirming the purchase with a discount.

     15. You can receive a discount from this certificate in Belkelme’s company stores.
