According to the Law of RB ''On Protection of the Rights of Consumers'',a. 26 p.1, p.2., footwear of proper quality can be exchanged within 14 days starting from acquisition to an analogous good of other size, form, etc… A buyer’s demand to exchange or return a good shall be satisfied, if the good was not used, its consumer attributes were preserved and there is a sales check.

The warranty period for wearing shall be calculated starting from the day of handover of the good to the buyer. For seasonal shoes (winterized, of all types) from the start of the season.

Our guarantee doesn’t apply in respect of defects caused by non-implementation of regulations for handling and using footwear.
