Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We hope you will enjoy our shoes, and they will serve you for a long time, that’s why, please, be aware of the following:

Upon purchase:

  • You should pay more attention to the right choice of shoes according to the size and width, taking into account individual characteristics of a footstep. Trying shoes on, you shouldn’t feel any discomfort, they shouldn’t pinch your footstep; 
  • Try both shoes on at a bearing area, and not in suspension;
  • Incorrect choice of shoes according to size and width can harm your health and entail deterioration of appearance and quality of footwear – joints splay, form of the product changes, upper coverage of footwear is damaged, findings breakage is provoked;

Upon using:

  • Exploit shoes taking into account their designation and seasonality. Remember — leather shoes are not waterproof, like, for instance, the rubber ones;
  • It is recommended to wear new shoes for short periods of time, so that they would take the form of your footstep.
  • Do not take off your shoes by stepping on the heel counter to avoid sole separation and deformation of the heel part of the shoe;
  • While putting on enclosed footwear use a special shoe horn to avoid joints disruption in the heel part and contribute to shape retention of footwear;
  • It is essential to carefully treat decorative findings to avoid leather disruption and construction breakage;
  • Avoid excessive physical stress and blows that can promote wear and tear and provoke footwear break-down;
  • Avoid footwear exposure to alkalis, acids, strong solvents;
  • For footwear with Velcro closure it is necessary to keep the closure fastened and remove foreign bodies from it from time to time;

Upon taking care:

  • You should treat the upper of footwear with water repellent protective agents before wearing shoes in wet, rainy weather and on snowy wet surfaces that contain technical agents;
  • Never wash shoes of any type. If the shoes become dirty, clean the footwear surface with a soft wet wipe. Do not rub your footwear too fiercely, this can ruin the external surface of material of the upper of footwear;
  • Dry wet footwear at room temperature, away from heating units, sources of heat, avoiding direct sunlight, preliminary stuffing it with paper or inserting special units for shape support;
  • If the color of footwear changes upon ingress of moisture, it is not a defect;
  • When choosing a shoe care cream, have a close look at the application sheet of footwear to be able to adequately choose the finishing material. If you notice any unevenness in the color or structure of materials, remember, that uneven color is a natural characteristics of genuine leather and is not a defect;
  • You can apply a thin layer of colored or colorless cream to the upper of leather footwear and polish it 3-5 minutes later for color refresh, lustering and protection from environmental exposure, increasing softness, elasticity and waterproof properties after cleaning;
  • Footwear with an upper made of oiled leather should be treated with special cream containing oiling agents. It is not recommended to polish such footwear after cream application;
  • If you have bought footwear made of velour split with the ageing effect, you should know that a special finishing method should be used for this type of leather that adds it a chaffed effect. Nonuniform spontaneous fretting of leather coverage can increase while wearing footwear and is not a defect, it merely stresses the individuality and originality of footwear. While cleaning shoes made of such leather, exert minimal efforts;
  • Footwear made of patent leather possesses the effect of “brokenness and “rumpleness, is characterized by increased elasticity. In the process of wearing an increase in the degree of external surface brokenness is possible, and this doesn’t deteriorate footwear performance. It is not recommended to polish footwear made of patent leather with cream and wear it at a temperature lower than 0ºС;
  • In case of contamination of footwear made of velour or nubuck, let it dry. Then remove sand with a special brush and process it with an agent in aerosol pack.
  • Footwear made of artificial materials is noted for its ability to preserve pleasant appearance for a long time, as well as for the fact that it can cleaned easily. It would be enough to wipe it with a wet napkin and scrub it clean until it shines with a dry one;
  • Footwear with an upper made of clothing materials should be dried naturally, then remove dust and dirt with a shoe brush;
  • Account must be taken of the fact that in case of excessive foot sweating or soaking, footwear can dye from the inside. To prevent dying from the inside by lining material, it is necessary to treat the surface of these details with the ‘Anticolor’ agent.
  • Upon storage of footwear use paper inserts, do not store footwear in plastic bags, footwear should “breathe.

According to the Law of RB ''On Protection of the Rights of Consumers'', a. 26 p.1, p.2., footwear of proper quality can be exchanged within 14  days starting from  acquisition to an analogous good of other size, form, etc… A buyer’s demand to exchange or return a good shall be satisfied, if the good was not used, its consumer attributes were preserved and there is a sales check.

The warranty period for wearing shall be calculated starting from the day of handover of the good to the buyer. For seasonal shoes (winterized, of all types) from the start of the season.

Our guarantee doesn’t apply in respect of defects caused by non-implementation of regulations for handling and using footwear.
